The Building Block Modularity™ (BBM) design of the PPS-1000 allows various configurations to fit the application.  If it is placing a pouch or sachet into a bottle, you can select the basic Web Feed and Cutting Module, leave out the Positive Placement Out-feed, and add a bottle control star wheel, an up and down stream bottle sensing system, and fit the application requirements, at about the same price.  For pouch placing into a cartoner tray or the flight of a wrapper conveyor. you use the Web Feed and Cutting Module, the Positive Placement Out-feed, and you have all you need for effective cut and place at the same low price.  Leave out the stand-alone mobile Base, mount the modular electronics cabinet at a user friendly site on your VFFS and mount the converting head assembly on the top of the vertical scales to place an oxygen scavenger into a food pouch.  The PPS-1000 built with BBM technology allows you to fit the application with just the right modules needed and fit the budget with the lowest price.
